Join us for our first ever Family Friendly Mothers Out Front Tompkins meeting!

Bring your kids!

4:30-5:30: We'll provide a simple dinner for us all to share, while spending time together and getting to know one another.

5:30-7:30: Childcare will be provided during this time, in the kid friendly space just upstairs from where the grown ups will be meeting .

We'll talk about:

  • Mothers Out Front as a grassroots organization
  • The climate related issues that face our community here in Tompkins County, and how we can work together to address them
  • What Mothers Out Front Tompkins has been working on, and what we would like to work on with you as we move forward together to create a safe and livable future for our children and grandchildren!

Please RSVP by emailing info@moftompkins.org, and let us know if you or anyone coming with you have any food restrictions you'd like us to consider. :)

Spread the word!

All are welcome: moms, dads, parents, caretakers, grandparents, kids, and anyone else who wants to work in our community to ensure all children have a safe planet to grow up on.

Note:  The parking lot for the Quaker Meeting House is on Madison St, and the main building entrance is off of that parking lot.

Can't wait to see you then!

  • Ok, sounds good! Thank you!

  • I just checked Nora and you have to be a member to write a comment. Makes sense since trolls are everywhere these days.

Regarding swapping my email for yours on the info address, I checked with Dave the other day and he would need to make the change.  It’s no problem, but may take a day or two.  Go ahead and print the info@moftompkins.org address on the flyers.

  • Hi Katie! I'm laying out the physical fliers for this event, and need to have some way for folks to RSVP, and to let us know about dietary restrictions. When I look up this event as a visitor (without signing in), there doesn't appear to be any way for folks to RSVP or leave comments. Is this the case or am I missing something? Would it be best if I put the info@mofTompkins.org email address on the flier for folks to RSVP, and we go ahead and switch that over to me so I can field emails?

The focus is on creating regenerative and distributive systems that allow us to thrive within planetary and social boundaries. It's also scaleable and solutions oriented. There is a…
